The website
The public site does not use advertising trackers, behavioral profiling, or an on-site account system. Standard server logs may record an IP address, request time, requested page, browser information, and response status for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
Inquiry forms
The contact and audit-request forms run in your browser and open your own email application. The site itself does not submit or store their contents. Information becomes available to Contempo only if you choose to send the prepared email.
Information used for services
Contempo may receive names, contact details, business context, workflow descriptions, examples, documents, screenshots, credentials authorized for a specific task, billing records, and correspondence. We use this information only to evaluate requests, deliver agreed services, maintain security and continuity, invoice work, and meet legal obligations.
Sensitive information and account access
Do not send passwords, payment-card data, health records, government identifiers, or other regulated information through ordinary email. If a project genuinely requires sensitive material or account access, Contempo will define a narrower transfer and permission method first. Account access is never assumed from a general inquiry.
Service providers
Information may pass through providers required to operate the service, such as email, hosting, payment, scheduling, document, or automation platforms. Providers are selected and scoped for the task; their own privacy terms also apply. No payment provider is currently embedded on this website.
Retention
Inquiry correspondence is retained as needed to respond and maintain business records. Project working materials are normally reviewed for deletion within 90 days after delivery unless an agreement, support obligation, security need, or legal requirement calls for longer retention. Invoices and required accounting records may be kept for the applicable recordkeeping period.
Your choices
You may ask what project information Contempo holds, request correction, or request deletion where retention is not required. You may also decline optional access, redact examples, or ask for a lower-data approach.
